A Chinese man has filed a lawsuit that he was denied a job because he is HIV-positive, what state media called the nation's first case of such discrimination. The applicant lodged a complaint against the Ministry of Anqing City Anhui province, China Daily said. Because of city officials denied the applicant, NARP, teaching work after a medical examination revealed that he had the HIV virus that causes AIDS. The screening took place after he had cleared the talks, the report said. The district court approved the submission said. The applicant intends to work, but does not require any monetary compensation.
