M.S.Sathyu, Mysore Srinivasan Sathyu is making up the
kingpin Amir Khan of Hindi film for a historic flick on Dara Shikoh of the
Moghul Empire by the 17th century that was among his acts old.
The arguing caring director MS Sathyu speech some media
friends later his recent ‘Ijjodu’ was screened at Suchitra Film Society
disclosed that he's completed a couple of rounds of talks with Hindi film
magnet actor Amir Khan. “Amir Khan is known for touching many new areas and he
would probably give a nod to my direction”, told the 80 years old M.S.Sathyu.
After ‘Ghalige’ in his direction in 1996 MS Sathyu took fourteen years to make
‘Ijjodu’ and he's developing for a cinema on among the Moghul prince.
Amir Khan will be playing the name part of ‘Dara Shikoh’
eldest son of Shahajahan and Mumtaz who was defeated by his younger brother
Aurangazeb.
The octogenarian MS Sathyu known for stage plays like Dara
Shikoh, Mudra Rakshas, Aakhri Shama, Rashmon, Bakri, Girija Ke Sapne; features
like Ek Tha Chotu Ek Tha Motu, Garam Hava, Kanneshwara Raoa, Bara Sookha and
many of the shot films and television serials made a get back after 14 years in
‘Ijjodu’, a film he directed on the ancient Devadasi system i.e. Calm
prevailing for Big Cinemas.
